EVENTS
The POLST is highlighted at numerous events throughout Georgia every year. Please check back for more information on these upcoming programs.
The bi-annual Georgia POLST Conference is an exciting opportunity to learn about ongoing advance care planning initiatives in the state and to exhibit at an event attended by a large contingent of health care representatives in Georgia. Attendees enjoy networking with our conference participants, representing hospitals, hospices, ambulatory practices, state agencies, and long-term care programs throughout the state.
